INDEPENDENCE, OHIO— LeBron James watched from the bench as the Cavaliers blew a 13-point fourth-quarter lead in a loss to the Houston Rockets on Tuesday.
Despite displaying his vocal leadership style throughout the game— a game in which three quarters were dominated by the Cavaliers— James kept mostly mum over the last twelve minutes as the clock dwindled down and the horn blew.
Though the effort, especially down the stretch, was disappointing for nearly all involved, James seemed high in spirits heading into Thursday night’s contest against the Brooklyn Nets.
